As the Greater London Authority transitioned to a hybrid working model, they wanted a simple way for staff to signal how and where they were working. The challenge was to create a digital product that supported three core working modes: heads down, heads up, and heads together.

To support this, we designed a lightweight app that allowed colleagues to share their working status and view where their team was working across the week. Alongside the product interface, we developed a distinctive visual identity and a supporting ecosystem of assets for internal communications and social channels, helping staff recognise and adopt the system while reinforcing a shared culture of flexible working.
